Percy Harvin, a solid receiver for the Seahawks, is suddenly headed to New York for a conditional pick.
Many people compare it to a “heaven-to-hell” situation: going from the defending champions to a team that’s busy looking at the high draft picks in 2015, as the Jets are floundering at 1-6.
Percy Harvin is a very good player, a pro bowl player, but there has been a lot of talk about his emotional instability and anger issues, such as giving Golden Tate a black eye, but I think the Jets will benefit from the trade, as their lack of offensive firepower is the reason they’re at the pit of the AFC East. The Seahawks, however, have placed their complete faith in Russel Wilson, and if the trade is one-way, Seattle will be set back.
What are your thoughts/beliefs on the trade?
